how do I get started on custom orders? 

visit my contact page and send me a message! please try to include as much detail as possible, including:

  • timeline (when do you need your order by?)
  • quantity
  • event details (if applicable)
  • overall vision, inspiration photos, pinterest boards, color palette, etc.

once I receive your inquiry, I’ll be in touch to discuss next steps and set up an initial intake call if needed. from there, we’ll get things moving!

 

do you require a deposit?

depends on the project.

  • decor rentals require a refundable deposit.
  • most custom projects require a non-refundable deposit, typically 50%, in order to begin design and production.
  • rush orders require a 60% non-refundable deposit.

what is your turnaround time?

turnaround time varies depending on the project scope, quantity, and current order volume. Smaller projects may take just a few days, while larger custom pieces or event orders may require several weeks to months.

if you have a specific deadline, please include it in your inquiry so i can confirm availability.

 

do you offer rush orders?

sometimes! rush availability depends on my current schedule and the type of project requested. rush fees may apply.

if your timeline is tight, please reach out as soon as possible.

 

can I request revisions to my design?

absolutely. i want you to love your final product! most custom projects include a limited number of revisions. additional revisions or major design changes after approval may incur additional fees.

 

do you ship orders?

yes! shipping is available for many items depending on size and location. shipping costs and timelines will vary by project.

local pickup/delivery options may also be available for select orders.

 

are all items handmade?

yes - every piece is thoughtfully designed and/or handmade with attention to detail. because of the handmade nature of many items, slight variations may occur and are part of what makes each piece unique.

 

do you offer refunds or cancellations?

due to the custom nature of personalized and handmade items, deposits and completed custom orders are non-refundable.

do you rent decor or signage?

yes! select decor pieces and signage are available for rental depending on availability and event date.
