Refundable Rental Deposit - Bolo Tie Napkin Holders

Condition & Return: Renter agrees to return all items in original condition by the return deadline.

Damage or Loss: Any missing or damaged items will be charged at $12 per item, deducted from the deposit. If damages exceed the deposit amount, Renter agrees to pay the remaining balance within 7 days of notification.

Late Returns: Late returns will incur a fee of $50 per day.

Deposit Refund: The deposit will be refunded within 5 business days of item return and inspection.

Shipping: Renter is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise arranged.

Execution & Payment: This agreement is legally binding upon Renter’s reply to this email stating “I agree.” Payment is due upon confirmation.
